Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times
Co-Creating Our Future

“It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside
of yourself for the leader.

This could be a good time!”
- Hopi elder

Our Invitation

“THANK YOU for being there for all of us throughout the AIESEC Brussels conference! The delegates’ feedback describes you as ‘the highlight of the conference’ and I tend to agree. You really helped us go ‘deeper’ and you took the conference to a much ‘higher’ level. You helped all of us open up and ‘broadened our perspectives. Thank you for this and the ‘expanded experience’ in every sense of the word.”

- Vishal Jodhani, Director Programs, AIESEC Belgium

We invite you, a leader on the edge of emergence, to take care of yourself and find new ways of collaborating at this time of great transition, so you stay healthy, focused and effective in times that many will experience as chaotic. This can be a good time, as the Hopi elder says.

Imagine yourself being able to slow down and in doing so, actually accomplishing much more. This is possible. The prophecy of the Eagle and Condor from the Andes Indians invites us to see this time in history as an opportunity to regain balance and work together with our brothers and sisters of differing worldviews, co-create a new world.

The prophecy says that every five-hundred-year period is called a pachacutic. It was predicted that around the year 1500, the people from the Eagle world—the modern, logical, technological, mind-based world—would dominate the Condor people who represent the more spiritual, land based, non-linear, heart-based world. As we know, many civilizations around the world experienced this at that time.

It is said, during this new pachakutic, around the year 2000, the Eagle and Condor people have the opportunity to “remember” that they are each other and rejoin in a way that creates synergy between their two worlds. After developing excellence in their different domains of head and heart, they can come back and nourish each other and the world into a new possible future that works for all.

At One Global Bridge we are dedicated to helping individuals and organizations discover their own Eagle and Condor and learn how to best utilize this wisdom in their daily lives.

What this requires is inquiry, individually and collectively, into what we are experiencing and how we can co-create a future that is calling us forward. We may not know exactly what that looks like, but together we can find out and accomplish much in the arenas of interfaith collaboration, environmental, political and social issues of our time.
